Breakfast buffet (oolong tea, iced milk, ochazuke, miso soup, horse mackerel, natto, seaweed, tamagoyaki, whitebait, scrambled eggs, sausage, grilled fish, vermicelli, salad, bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, etc.)

The location has a different atmosphere than yesterday. Restaurants with a view of the ocean are great, but buffet meals in the forest are also great 🍀

昨日とは違った雰囲気のロケーションです。海が見えるレストランもいいですが、森林の中で食べるバイキングもいいですね🍀

This is an explanation of where to board the return bus.

帰りのバスの乗車位置の説明です。

Atami is a city with many hills. It’s very steep.

坂が多い街、熱海。すごい急勾配です。

It’s hard to tell from the photo, but the felled trees on the other side have fallen over! Scary~😱

写真だと解りにくいですが向こう側の伐採樹木がこっちに倒れてきました！こわ～😱

By the way, here is a guide on how to ride buses in Japan. If you pay in advance, you can pay by paying in change, swiping your IC card, or showing your hop-on/hop-off passport when you get on the bus. If you are paying deferred, you will need to take a numbered ticket like the one in the photo when you get on the train, then pay when you get off.

ところで、日本のバスの乗り方案内です。前払いの場合は乗車時に小銭を払ったり、ICカードをかざしたり、乗り降り自由パスポートを見せ、お支払を済ませます。後払いの場合は、写真のような整理券を乗車時に取ってから乗り、降車時にお支払をします。

I changed trains and came to the MOA Museum of Art! It looks like an art museum run by a religious organization. The main attraction was the unique architecture, and religious-style sacred items were sold, but there was no solicitation at all. The official website is below↓

Escalators and stairs and escalators and stairs make you wonder how far they will go… Even going home is scary😂

どこまで続くんだろう…と不安になるエスカレーター&階段&エスカレーター&階段…。帰りも恐ろしい😂

The museum’s specialty is the giant kaleidoscope on the ceiling. The colors seem to change depending on the music and projection mapping.

この美術館名物の天井巨大万華鏡です。音楽とプロジェクションマッピングで色が変わるようです。

This is the entrance/exit. It’s a long walk to the exhibition hall.

出入口です。展示会場までだいぶ歩きます。

Stairs & stairs & stairs…. Kumatomo, who is usually a recluse, has really bad legs😵 Elderly people and people with chronic illnesses or injuries to their legs should be careful.

階段&階段&階段…。普段引きこもりのクマタモ、まじで足がやばい😵高齢者と足に持病や怪我のある方々は要注意です。

The view is very nice.

This is a Japanese-style exhibit.

和っぽい展示です。

It looks like Toyotomi Hideyoshi’s golden tea room has been recreated. It looks like an exhibit that you can take photos of. Please note that most of the museums in Japan are places where you are not allowed to take photos.

豊臣秀吉の黄金の茶室が再現されているようです。写真撮影してもいい展示物のようです。日本の美術館や博物館はほとんど写真を撮ってはいけない箇所なので注意が必要です。

This is what the breezeway looks like. Anyway, it’s ridiculously large and the scenery is nice, so the exhibits were worth seeing, but the scenery alone is more than enough to enjoy.
