This is a dango to be offered to the moon. The top row is a dumpling shaped like a rabbit. The reason why it is a rabbit is because the crater pattern on the full moon looks like a rabbit pounding rice cakes in the process of making rice cakes, so it is believed that there are rabbits on the moon.

こちらは月にお供えするためのお団子です。上段はうさぎを模した団子です。何故うさぎなのかというと、満月のクレーターの模様が餅を作る工程の餅つきをしているうさぎに見えることから、月にはうさぎがいると思われているからです。
