オムそば

Omu-soba is a B-grade gourmet dish made by wrapping sauce-fried noodles in an omelet. Here is the yakisoba inside↓

オムそばとは、ソース焼きそばをオムレツに包んだB級グルメです。中身の焼きそばがこちら↓

On this day, I used red pickled ginger as a topping, but you can also use ketchup, mayonnaise, or sauce.

この日は紅しょうがをトッピングしましたが、ケチャップやマヨネーズやソースをかけてもいいです。
