今年の1/10は3年ぶりに福男が開催されました。2020～22年まではコロナ禍により中止されました。福男とは西宮神社で毎年のように行われている行事。テレビや新聞でも大々的に取り上げられます。早朝の真っ暗の神社で赤門を開くと同時に駿足な男達が一斉に走りだし、１～３番目に本殿に到着した男性が今年の福男とされ神様から多くの福を与えられます。ちなみに女性も参加できるようです。詳しくは西宮神社のHPをご覧ください↓

亡くなった先代が履かずにいた新品の靴を履き、「ご先祖様見守っててね」という気持ちで挑みに向かいました。行きの電車で床がやけに土だらけだなと思っていたら、自分が履いていた靴のヒール部分が経年劣化でボロボロ崩れていてそれが土のように見えただけでした。慌てて靴屋で新しい靴を買い直したところ、靴擦れがひどく、もう１度違う店で靴を買い直して会場へ。本番直前に小道具の光るサングラスを装着しようといざ準備したところ開いただけなのにツルがバッキバキに折れ、急遽予定していたネタではないネタをすることになり、見事に初戦敗退いたしました！
