It is a mapo tofu set meal that I ate at a restaurant with a super public bath. Great volume! It’s spicy, so I’m sweating when I eat it. but it’s okay! It’s a super sento, so I’m going to take a bath again! It’s even better when you dip it in rice and eat it. It’s spicy. Some Chinese restaurants serve mapo tofu rice bowls that are served on top of rice. The authentic Chinese mapo tofu seems to be more spicy.

スーパー銭湯併設レストランで食べた麻婆豆腐定食です。すごいボリューム！辛いので汗だくで食べます。でも大丈夫！スーパー銭湯だからまた風呂に入れます！ご飯に浸して食べるとなお旨い。旨辛です。そのままご飯の上に乗せた麻婆豆腐丼がある中華料理店もあります。本場中国の麻婆豆腐はもっと辛いようです。

Mapo tofu is one of the Chinese dishes (Sichuan cuisine). A dish made by stir-frying minced meat with red chili pepper, Sichuan pepper (hoa jiao, sansho), doubanjiang (doubanjang), and tofu (tofu).

It is characterized by the spiciness of chili peppers, called ra-wei, and the numbing spiciness of Sichuan pepper, called ma-wei. In Sichuan Province, in addition to adding grains of Sichuan pepper, a large amount of powdered Sichuan pepper is sprinkled on top to make the surface black.

麻婆豆腐（マーボーどうふ）は、中華料理（四川料理）の1つ。挽肉と赤唐辛子・花椒（ホアジャオ、山椒の同属異種)・豆板醤（トウバンジャン、豆瓣醤）、豆豉（豆豉）などを炒め、鶏がらスープを入れ豆腐を煮た料理。
