Soki soba
ソーキそば
Soki is the Okinawan term for pork ribs on the bone. It is easy to misunderstand that Okinawa soba = Soki soba, but “Soki soba” is Okinawa soba with Soki on top, which is similar to the name of “Chashu Ramen” in Ramen. There are two types of soki: “hon-soki,” which has hard bones, and “cartilage soki,” which has soft bones, and even in Okinawan restaurants, the part used differs depending on the restaurant. ソーキとは、沖縄でいう一般的に豚の骨付きあばら肉のこと。沖縄そば＝ソーキそば、と誤解されやすいが、沖縄そばにソーキを乗せたものが「ソーキそば」であり、ラーメンにおけるチャーシューラーメンの呼び名に近い関係。ソーキには骨が硬い「本ソーキ」と骨も柔らかな「軟骨ソーキ」があり、沖縄料理店でも店舗によって使う部位が異なる。 ウィキペディア
I missed the taste of the southern islands and ordered the Soki Soba set. It tastes similar to but different from ramen, soba, and udon. It tastes like soy sauce tonkotsu, mild and rich. The set included only the noodles and the soki meat, but if you add the ingredients of green onion, red ginger, and fish cake, it becomes more authentic and close to a local reproduction.
南の島の味が恋しくなり、ソーキそばセットを注文しました。ラーメンともそばともうどんとも似てるようで違う味がします。醤油とんこつっぽく、マイルドでコクがあります。セットに入っているのは麺とソーキ肉だけでしたがネギ、紅しょうが、かまぼこの具材を加えてのせるとより本格的で現地の再現に近くなります。

Inageya is the name of a supermarket in the Tokyo metropolitan area. The packed sushi sold here is extremely good! I don’t know now because it’s the time of the price increase, but for around 500 yen, you can get chirashi sushi, 3 pieces of sushi, and a grilled egg! This price is too great for this quality! Kumatamo ate only this packed sushi for a while. Inageya has a lot of great other kinds of packed sushi, so please try to discover it 🎵 Add miso soup and tea and you can have a sushi restaurant at home ♪
いなげやとは首都圏にあるスーパーの名前です。ここで売られているパック寿司がめちゃめちゃ優秀です！値上げの時期なので今はわかりませんが、ずっと500円前後でちらし寿司&寿司3貫と玉子焼き付き！このクオリティでこの値段は素晴らしすぎます！クマタモは一時期このパック寿司ばっかり食べていました。いなげやは他の種類のパック寿司も素晴らしいものが沢山ありますので、発掘してみてくださいね🎵味噌汁とお茶を加えればおうちでお寿司屋さんです♪

Packed sushi exclusively for supermarkets! It’s the most hygienic because it contains different types of sushi throughout, not two pieces at a time! Recently, wasabi and soy sauce are placed in small portions in the corner where you can take them, and it is easy to forget them, so be careful! If you want to eat at a hotel, put the lid of the pack into the wasabi soy sauce. The aforementioned Inageya has a unique point card, and my favorite is the cry of a chick, “piyopiyo🐣piyopiyo🐥” when you pass it through at the cash register🐤
昨今は回転寿司店での迷惑行為が問題になっておりますが、クマタモズはコロナ禍に入ってから衛生面を考慮して回転寿司にも対面寿司にも全く行かなくなりました。専らスーパーのパック寿司！二貫ずつではなく、一貫一貫違う種類の寿司が入っているし、一番衛生的！最近はわさびと醤油は取ってもいいコーナーに小分けに置いてあり、忘れがちなので要注意！ホテルで食べる方はパックの蓋をわさび醤油入れにすると◎またビニール袋は有料になったのと、割り箸も欲しい人は店員さんに「割り箸ください」と頼んでみてくださいね。先述のいなげやには独特のポイントカードがあり、レジで通してもらうと「ピヨピヨ🐣ピヨピヨ🐥」とヒヨコの鳴き声がするのがお気に入り🐤
