ホームベーカリーでピサ生地を作り、延ばして広げたら具材を乗せてオーブンで焼きます。季節の変り目は寒暖の差が激しいので、丁度いい気温と湿度の日でないと生地がうまく膨らみません。手作りだと塩分を調節できるので薄味です。

Make the pisa dough at home bakery(bread maker,bread machine), spread it out, put the ingredients on it and bake it in the oven. The difference in temperature between seasons is extreme, so the fabric will not expand well unless the temperature and humidity are just right. If you make it by hand, you can adjust the salt content, so the taste is light.
