左上から２番目のガラスボウルに入っている小魚はしらすです。しらすとは、うなぎや鮎、イワシの稚魚です。こちらは2021/08/02の生しらすとは調理法が違い、釜揚げしらすです。しらすといえば釜揚げしらすが一般的です。塩気があり、この日のような酢の物やサラダに合いますが、シンプルに白いご飯にふりかけ代わりに食べる方が多いです。
