ゴーヤチャンプルーは沖縄料理です。チャンプルーとは沖縄の方言で「混ぜこぜにしたもの」というような意味であり、さまざまな材料を一緒にして炒め合わせます。ゴーヤと島豆腐、野菜、豚肉などを炒めた郷土料理です。この日の具材は、ゴーヤ、豆腐、卵、モヤシ、木耳等です。昨今は沖縄に限らず、全国的に家庭料理のメニューになりました。ゴーヤは苦い野菜です。真ん中の方が苦味が弱く、端の方ほど苦味が強いです。ゴーヤに慣れない方や、お子様は真ん中部分をお召し上がりになった方がいいかもしれません。
