この日のメインは茶碗蒸しです。中身の具材は卵、椎茸、銀杏、ゆず、かまぼこ、三つ葉等です。気泡が入ってしまうと表面が凸凹になってしまうのですが、この日の茶碗蒸しは艶々で美しい仕上がりです!茶碗蒸しは、日本料理の一つで、蒸し茶碗に具材と溶き卵に出汁を加えた卵液を注ぎ入れて蒸した料理です。また汁物の一種ともされます。クマタモの中の人の調理担当は、子供の頃、茶碗を割ると茶碗蒸しを2度と食べられないぞ!と怒られるため、緊張して味が分からなかったそうです。そして、クマタモの中の支援担当の家庭では”す”と呼ばれる空気の隙間をアホほど入れられ気泡だらけで炒り卵になっていて茶碗蒸しにいい思い出がなかったそうです。ちなみにこのブログを書いているのは広報担当です。
