Vietnamese pho

ベトナム風フォー

Pho is a type of Vietnamese dish, flat noodles made from rice flour. In recent years, it has also become popular in Japan. Vietnamese cuisine is well-received by Japanese people as well. This pho has green onions instead of coriander. Be aware that there are people who like coriander so much that they like it so much and people who don’t like it so much that even a little bit of coriander can’t be eaten because of the aroma.

フォーはベトナム料理の一種で、米粉で出来た平たい麺類です。近年では日本でも人気。ベトナム料理は日本人にも相性が良く好評です。こちらのフォーはパクチーの代わりにネギが乗っていますね。パクチーはモリモリに盛りたい位好きな人と少しでも入ってると香りで皿ごと食べられなくなる位苦手な人の二極化が激しいので要注意。
