Yakisoba (Fried noodles)

焼きそばは、長年愛されているB級グルメで、豚肉や魚介類をメインの具材にし、その他、人参や玉ねぎ、キャベツ等の野菜を麺と一緒に甘辛いソースで炒めたものです。めちゃくちゃ特別に美味しいというわけではありませんが、たまにまた食べたくなる不思議な存在です。お祭りの屋台やバーベキューで必ず登場するメニューです。お昼の軽食にも丁度いいです。スーパーには出来合いのものも、ソース付きの袋麺だけのものも、カップ麺も売られています。ちなみに売られている焼きそばは、仕上げに紅しょうがやかつお節、粉末にした青のりをふりかけたりするので、食べ終わると歯の表面が青のりだらけになります。

By the way, the yakisoba on the market is topped with red pickled ginger, bonito flakes, and powdered green laver, so when you finish eating, the surface of your teeth will be full of green laver.
