左下のサラダの上にある赤いスティックがカニカマです。カニカマとは、かにかまぼこの略で、風味・食感・形・色などを蟹の身に似せて作られた蒲鉾です。実際には、主な原料はスケトウダラです。最近は欧米のスーパーでも売られています。今は、世界情勢の影響で蟹の価格も高騰しておりますが、カニカマなら高くても３００円で食べられます。
The red stick on the bottom left salad is the kanikama(crab stick). Kanikama(Crab stick) is an abbreviation for crab stick, and is a kamaboko made to resemble the body of a crab in terms of flavor, texture, shape, and color. In reality, the main ingredient is walleye pollock. Recently, it is also sold at supermarkets in Europe and the United States. Nowadays, the price of crab is soaring due to the influence of the world situation, but you can eat kanikama(crab sticks) for 300 yen at the highest.
