The red stick on the bottom left salad is the kanikama(crab stick). Kanikama(Crab stick) is an abbreviation for crab stick, and is a kamaboko made to resemble the body of a crab in terms of flavor, texture, shape, and color. In reality, the main ingredient is walleye pollock. Recently, it is also sold at supermarkets in Europe and the United States. Nowadays, the price of crab is soaring due to the influence of the world situation, but you can eat kanikama(crab sticks) for 300 yen at the highest.

Hi. With your advice, I was able to set up a donation button! Japan still doesn’t have the habit of donating to personal blogs, and I didn’t have that idea. For the time being, I set it so that I can donate from $ 2. thank you for teaching me!
