この日の晩御飯は精進料理のように控え目でしたね。物足りなくてサバの味噌煮を足したようです。たんぱく質は大事な栄養源なので、いつもはもっと食べていますね。
The dinner of the day was as modest as vegetarian food. It seems that I added mackerel misoni because it wasn’t enough. Protein is an important source of nutrition, so I usually eat more.
