この日のメインはステーキですが量が少なめですね。もっと食べたいところなので、写真には写ってませんが納豆や海苔などを加えて食べていたと思います。日本人は他国よりも食べる量が少ないですが、どちらかというと色んな種類の食材を味わいたい民族です。ところで本日は昨日に引き続き真夏日~猛暑日ですね。最高気温が35℃以上の日を猛暑日、30℃以上の日を真夏日、25℃以上の日を夏日といいます。
