書き忘れたことがあるので、補足投稿です。こちらは6月8日の晩御飯写真です。ご飯の上の小皿とマグロの黒い皿に乗っている、桜色の小さな海老は生桜えびです。桜えびは世界的にも希少で、日本で唯一漁獲される場所は1ヵ所のみ。かつ、生桜えびを現地で食べられるのは静岡県駿河湾のみです。漁獲できる時期も限られており、春~初夏、もしくは秋~初冬の2回のみです。こちらは冷凍を送ってもらいました。シャキシャキ、シャリシャリとした海老特有の食感で、わさび醤油とよく合います!静岡県駿河湾近郊を観光される際は、生しらす&生桜えび丼をぜひお召し上がりください!

Sakura shrimp is rare in the world, and there is only one place to catch it in Japan. In addition, raw sakura shrimp can only be eaten in Suruga Bay, Shizuoka Prefecture. The fishing season is limited, and you can only fish twice, from spring to early summer and from autumn to early winter. It was sent frozen. With a crispy shrimp-specific texture, it goes well with wasabi soy sauce! When sightseeing in the suburbs of Suruga Bay, Shizuoka Prefecture, please try raw shirasu and raw sakura shrimp bowl!
