Basque cheesecake
バスクチーズケーキはバスチーと呼ばれ4、5年前に大ブームになりました。スペイン・フランスにまたがるバスク地方の「ラ・ヴィーニャ」というバルで提供されていたチーズケーキを模倣したものだそうです。バスク地方にちなんで「バスクチーズケーキ」という名称になったようです。クマタモは初めてバスチーを食べた時、この飽食時代にまだこんなに旨い食べ物があるのか！？と衝撃を受けました。ベイクドチーズケーキよりもこんがり焼けているのに、中身はしっとり濃厚な味わいです。日本のコンビニやスーパーで普通に売られています。
