The white corn on the plate in the middle is a variety of pure white corn. It seems to be a rare variety that is delicate and difficult to grow because it is mainly produced in Hokkaido and has little distribution. It is said that it has a higher sugar content and sweetness than fruits, but the honest impression I ate is that the sweetness is not so different from yellow corn. The texture is soft and the impression is that there is a lot of water when it is in the mouth. It seems that fresh food can be eaten raw. If you find it at the storefront, you can try it.
