食欲があまりないときはそうめんです。念のためにご飯も炊いたようで、そうめんの奥にお供え用のご飯がありますね。日本はほとんどの人が無宗教ですが、食事前に故人や仏様や神様にご飯をお供えする習慣がある家庭もあります。
When I have no appetite, I eat somen noodles. It seems that rice was cooked just in case, and there is rice on the back of somen noodles. Most people in Japan are non-religious, but some families have a custom of serving the deceased, Buddha, and God before meals.
